OPEN STREET JAZZ:
Street Jazz is a dynamic and energetic dance style that blends elements of jazz dance with urban and street dance influences. Street jazz is characterised by its expressive style, allowing dancers to showcase their individuality while drawing inspiration from various genres, including hip-hop and contemporary.
This class is aimed at higher level dancers, but everyone is welcome!

SONYA CHO:
The international award-winning Sonya (Minjung) has taught K-pop, hip-hop, street jazz, choreography, and contemporary dance across Korea and Australia since 2017. She has been working as a freelance dance artist and instructor, sharing her choreographic principles at performance schools. In these schools, she has trained many performers for the K-Pop industry, in particular, the K-pop group, TWICE who she worked with in the development of their debut Music video. Sonya has completed a Master’s Degree at VCA Dance, University of Melbourne, where her research looks to the sense of self through tracing ancestral history and physicality.
