• We do not offer refunds or credits for any missed classes unless the class has been cancelled by us. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

• Credits will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as illness or injury. A medical certificate is required, and the credit will be held for you until you are able to return to class.

• Please note, we do not offer refunds or credits for pop-up workshops or guest teacher sessions, as spaces are limited and often fill quickly.
